Program Description
Your introductory session sets you up for the entire course by:
- orienting you to the power and significance of archetypes and the mythic,
- showing you how to access the Imaginal Realm at will, and
- inviting you to reflect on your life experience up until now through a simple self-assessment practice.
Session 2 Discover the 8 Pillars of Feminine Sovereignty
In this lesson you’ll be introduced to the core pillars of Feminine Sovereignty and be guided to discern your relationship with these pillars. You’ll be invited to select one pillar that you want to focus on during the course to develop while you’re exploring the Feminine Sovereign Archetypes.
Sessions 3 – 8 are devoted to diving deeper into each of the six Feminine Sovereign Archetypes. You get to experience her awakened aspects, build your personal powers, expand your capacity for leadership and contribution.
You will also discover more about each archetype’s shadow and disempowered states and learn how to transform these qualities into fuel for your evolution.
We’ll draw on the Human Design aspects of the archetypes to guide us to shift possible liabilites into assets — and even into inner allies.
NOTE: You are welcome to pick and choose which archetypes you want to focus on more in depth at first and then return to the others as you feel drawn to do so.
In Session 9, you’ll discover how to bring together and elevate to new heights what you’ve learned so far, creating a new version of yourself as a Feminine Sovereign.
You’ll be guided to identify your relationship with the archetypes of your choosing and develop a clear vision of what’s empowering and uplifting for you, and where you get pulled into shadow or find yourself disempowered.
You will draw on the aspects of the archetypes that resonate with you, including the shadow and disempowered aspects that you recognize in yourself, to create a customized self concept of your own design.
Finally you’ll create a power statement for yourself that you can use as an affirmation or mantra to support and guide you from here on out.

You are welcome to attend the live sessions wherever you are in the course, although you get more out of those sessions if you’ve been digging into your experience of the archetypes.

This can lead you to more deeply appreciate yourself, and to more actively and purposefully express those traits. Many people come to me when I do readings asking about their life purpose. Getting this reflection and feedback gives you a new window onto who you are here to be and how you are here to contribute that may have been covered up until now.
Identify Shadow and Disempowered traits that may be undermining you with your knowledge.
You may find your challenges reflected in the shadow and/or disempowered states of archetypes you don’t necessarily identify with otherwise. Many times we do not want to acknowledge these less savory or “unacceptable” aspects of our behavior. I won’t say these are aspects of ourselves, but really they are learned behavior from our cultural, familial and societal conditioning, not intrinsic to who we are. In identifying these tendencies you become empowered to make new choices and take new actions. But you cannot change and heal what you do not first recognize and acknowledge. This awareness must come first, and knowing the six archetypes brings you new lens for your inner reflection.

You’ll receive insights, understandings, ideas, and potentials birthed in the Imaginal Realm rather than derived from ordinary reality. Our world needs for us as human beings, the dominant, Sovereign species in the old, out-dated sense of the word, to grow ourselves into the adult stewards of our planet and all the beings who live here with us. What we don’t have is the heart, fortitude, will and alignment — the maturity if you will — that we need to change our ways. Each of these beauties is Sovereign in her own right, in her own domain, in her own way. She, like us, may occasionally experience challenges as she, too, grows into a greater, higher, more empowered and illuminated version of her own potential. She has both an ideal aspect, and a developmental aspect, and in this she models for us the paradox of our current perfection and our continually evolving state. She is already Sovereign and continually becoming Sovereign simultaneously.
